In this keynote, Joel Gurin will outline the social, economic and political consequences of the coming changes in government reporting. Open, structured information in XBRL and related standards, in the public domain, opens up a wealth of opportunities for government and citizens to be better connected. It also drives significant, positive behavioural changes within the public sector and private sector alike.
