Carol Baskey is the Chair of the XBRL International Implementation Guidance Task Force. She is a Vice President of Corporate Accounting at FirstMerit Bank and is a Certified Public Accountant that has been involved in SEC Reporting and XBRL for six years.  Carol is featured in the September 2013 issue of iBR Magazine.
