Mr. Paladino leads Accenture's Federal Big Data and Analytics practice and is the Technology Lead for Public Safety. He has more than 26 years of experience with strategic planning, program management, and hands-on delivery experience with enterprise architecture, data warehousing, big data, analytics, business intelligence, knowledge management, business process reengineering, systems engineering, and large-scale IT operations. Mr. Paladino is a Managing Director who leads teams upwards of 200 resources on large, complex programs for multiple Federal Agencies.  Mr. Paladino holds a Master of Science degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California. Mr. Paladino is listed in the International Who's Who of Information Technology
