Donna Johaneman is the Project Manager-XBRL at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). She leads a team that is responsible for updating the U.S. GAAP Financial ReportingTaxonomy for new accounting pronouncements, common reporting practices, and ongoing taxonomy developments. A certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience, she began her career in public accounting, worked in various roles and projects related to financial reporting and analysis, was a graduate cost accounting instructor and developed questions for the CPA exam.  Prior to joining the FASB, Donna spent six years in external reporting for a large public manufacturing company and was instrumental in their XBRL implementation.  Donna received her BBA and MBA from Pace University.
