Hamish is responsible for all SNL's data structures including strategies for data implementation, acquisition and maintenance. He has spent his entire career at SNL, starting with the company in 2000 as an analyst. As the Data Architect, he works closely with business and software engineering leadership to ensure use of leading-edge technology initiatives to grow SNL's business. SNL Financial has been consuming and publishing XBRL data since 2008.
