Jo Guo is the Head of Fundamentals Data for Morningstar, Inc. She has been working in the financial industry for 12 years, and have played multiple roles like an auditor, data analyst, content specialist, team and project managers.  She has extensive experience in designing solutions for equity data, putting together taxonomies, and being an effective bridge between the business and technology. Jo is also a member of the FASB and IFRS Taxonomy Advisory Groups, and has close relationships with both the US and IFRS XBRL organizations. Before joining Morningstar, Jo worked in Thomson Reuters and Ernst & Young, Singapore.
