Mr. Koizumi is Managing Director of Mercury and Earth KK based in Tokyo. He worked IT integration and consulting in past 21 years immediately after graduated Kanazawa Technical College. He worked for XBRL consulting and implementation projects in recent 11 years and had several feasibility studies, taxonomy developments and planning for reporting platform implementation for several regulators and non-profitable organizations in the world.He was appointed chairman of Best Practices Board of XBRL International in 2011-2013 after he served for the board as a board member and immediate BPB chair.
